I derived inspiration for this from Pink Tea's blog tutorial. But I believe that I made it my own. I used tacky glue to hold the wings in place. Then I decided to sew it to keep it extra sturdy since the head-band was going to become a small child's hair piece. I used two ribbons. Yellow and Pink.
I love it. I have three other ones to work on but the time that went into one just about burnt me out. My mid-20's cousin saw it and just about melted. She's since asked me to make her one with black, black, black, and maybe a little red. I have something in mind but we shall see.
